Terms of service

1. Who we are

UNmuted runs this community and its classroom. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need an accurate email address and a password you keep to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

3. Membership

Membership is free. We may add paid options later; if we do, nothing you already have access to will be taken away without notice.

4. What you post

You own what you write and upload. You give UNmuted permission to show it to other members inside the community. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

Be specific and be kind. No harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the community before they take effect.

Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Your email address, the name and photo you choose, what you post and message, your lesson progress, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.

2. How we use it

To run the community: showing your posts to members, delivering notifications and the emails you ask for, and keeping your progress. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.

3. Who else sees it

Our hosting, database, and email providers process data on our behalf. Other members see your public profile, posts, and comments. Direct messages are visible only to the people in the conversation and to UNmuted for safety and support.

4. Your choices

Edit or remove your profile details at any time. Email us to export or delete your account and content.
