Is membership free?
Yes. Create an account and you are in. There is nothing to buy and no card to add.
I created an account but cannot sign in.
Check your inbox for the verification code we sent when you registered. If it never arrived, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to get a fresh code.
How do I change my name, photo, or bio?
Open Profile from the left navigation (or the avatar menu) and edit your details there. Changes show up across the community right away.
How do notifications work?
You get a notification when someone comments on or likes your post, when a post is pinned, when you receive a message, and when a new event is added. Open the bell to see them or mark them all read.
A lesson says the video is coming soon.
The lesson exists but the video has not been added yet. The text and the mark-complete button work as soon as it is published.
Can I change the email on my account?
Email us from the address on the account with the new address you want, and we will move it over.
How do I delete my account?
Email us and we will remove your account, your posts, and your messages.
